2.1. Upon successfully placing an order, customers will receive an email confirming receipt of their order. De'Longhi reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

2.2. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification requests cannot be accommodated.

2.3. All products sold on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1. De'Longhi accepts returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Damaged packaging.
  • Confirmed product quality issues verified by De'Longhi’s team.

3.2. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product, accompanied by proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue.

3.3. Customers may choose one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the product(s).
  • Exchange for other items of equivalent value.
  • Refund for the returned item(s).

3.4. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method:

  • Bank transfers and cash payments: up to five (5) business days.
  • Credit card transactions via PayMongo: fifteen (15) to thirty (30) business days.

3.5. For returns due to incorrect shipping addresses, the refund policy does not apply. Re-delivery fees shall be borne by the customer.

4. Terms of Payment

4.1. Payments for products purchased through the website are processed securely via PayMongo. The following payment options are available through PayMongo:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards.
  • E-wallets: GCash, Maya, and GrabPay.
  • Online Bank Transfers: Participating local banks.

4.2. Payments must be completed before the order is processed for delivery. De'Longhi takes reasonable care to ensure the security of payment information but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.

4.3. Transaction fees may apply to specific payment methods. These fees, including those for shipping, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they are free from defects. De'Longhi is not liable for damage caused by shipping couriers, including but not limited to mishandling, exposure to extreme temperatures, or other delivery-related issues.

5.2. Customers must provide accurate shipping information. De'Longhi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5.3. Requests for additional protective packaging, such as crating for fragile items, must be made in advance and will incur additional costs.
