Thanks to a separate milk frothing system, this coffee machine is always ready to whip up some flawless milk foam. The “LatteCrema Hot” milk system enables you to froth plant-based milk too. If that’s not enough, there’s also the handy “Clean” feature designed to ensure cleanliness inside the milk system. When the 220-ml milk container is not in use, you can store it conveniently in the fridge. All milk system components are dishwasher-safe.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, we kindly request that the item remains in its original condition – unused, complete with all tags, and securely packaged just as it arrived. Consumable goods must remain unopened and unused, and any damaged, opened, or used products will not be accepted for return. Additionally, please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready for our records.

Initiating a Return

Return Authorization

Return Shipping

- For eligible returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect products), we will cover the return shipping costs.

- For returns due to customer preferences or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
